Infant Jesus English Medium School celebrated Independence Day on August 15, 2015 with great enthusiasm. The students, staff, parents and the local community were gathered and participated in this great occasion.

PTA GENERAL BODY MEETING-2015

The General Body Meeting of the PTA of Infant Jesus English Medium  School was held on July 27, 2015 at 2 PM. The meeting began with a short prayer and Prayer song by the staff members.

Rev. Fr. Clifford, one of the Professor in St. Joseph Seminary, Jeppu was the chief Guest of the day. The school Manager Rev. Fr. Valerian Lewis, the Headmaster Mr. Jerald Ivan Crasta were present for the meeting. Miss Reshma Loosy was the MC of the meeting.

Mrs. Cynthia, the staff welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Usha Kiran presented the school activity report of the academic year 2015-16.

The Chief Guest Rev. Fr. Clifford delivered the message.She gave one hour talk to the parents about the "Role of the parents in upbringing and educating the children".Parents were very happy to listen to her talk. some parents among the audience asked the questions about their child to her and she solved their doubts.

The teaching staff for the year 2015-16 introduced themselves to the parents. the P.T.A. executive committee members selected their president and vice president. Mr.Dinesh Kumar elected as PTA President and Mrs.Mallika elected as Vice President Mr.Dinesh Kumar

Fr.Valerian Lewis, the school manager thanked the parents for their full support and co-operation.

Miss.Ashwini.H. proposed the vote of thanks and the meeting ended 12.30p.m. by the National Anthem.

The inauguration of the School Cabinet was held on July 30,2015 in our school campus at 10.00 AM. Fr. Valerian Lewis, the Manager of the school was the Chief Guest of the Day. Mr. Jerald Ivan Crasta , the Headmaster and students of std V to std X along with teaching staff  witnessed the programme.Ms. Melisha of STD X   welcomed the gathering. Ms. Reshma Loosy, the Staff was the MC of the day.

REPORT FOR THE PRAVESHOTHSAVA – 2015

The Praveshthosava programme for the academic year 2015-16 began in our school at 10 AM in our school campus on 1^nd June, 2015.

Fr. Valerian Lewis, the School Manager, Mrs. Hajira Rafeek, the PTA president, Mr. Ivan Crasta, the Headmaster and Sr. Arul Mary was present for the function.

CELERATION OF ENVIRONMENT DAY-2015

Miss Ashwini H. , one of the  staff was the chief guest of the day.; gave a brief message on "Environment and its importance". Mr. Ivan Crasta, The Headmaster distributed the various plants to the students to plan tit in their surroundings.

Theme for this year "SEVEN BILLION DREAMS, ONE PLANET CONSUME WITH CARE."

DEBATE BY PARLIAMENT-HS SECTION

The Parliament Debate was held on January 23,2015 at 10.30 am. Topic of the debate was "DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OLD AND NEW GENERATION".

The debate began with a prayer song by HS girls thereby invoking Almighty's blessings. Miss Loosy, the staff is  the incharge of the Parliament,welcomed all the Parliament members, staff and the students.

There was a paper presentation followed on discussion. Two parties discussed the points  very well. Shreyus was a speaker of the  parliament. Sr. Arul Mary, the Headmistress of our school was a President and Miss Evujin, the Staff was a Moderator.

Discussion was very good. Chance was given to the audience to raise the Questions. Some students put forward their questions to the debate Parties..

Conclusion  was given by Master Shreyus, the  speaker and also moderator Miss Evujin. Thus it was concluded with the Vote Of Thanks by Miss Loosy, the Staff.

The School  celebrated 66th Republic Day on 26th January 2015, at 9.30am with a high Spirit,Pride, Patriotism, Reflection and Symbolism. Mr. Ashok Kumar, One of the parent was the Chief Guest for the day. Mrs. Hazeera M. Rafeek, the PTA President, Rev.Sr. Mary Arul, the Headmistress was Present on this special day. The SPL and ASPL of our school escorted the guest to the Dias with the school band.

The Programme began by invoking God's Blessing through a prayer song. Ms. Ankitha, the teaching staff welcomed the gathering. Miss Loosy, the teaching staff was the M.C. of the day. The Traditional Flag Hoisting was held by the Chief gues, Mr. Ashok Kumar. On this occassion he delivered an inspiring message that we the citizens of India have the right and Responsibilities to promote and protect the Human Rights and Fundamental of all its citizens.

As the citizens of our country , our students took the Pledge. The Children were divided into four squads . All the Squads  performed the March Past with the School Band followed by the Drill. Miss Hafeeza of Std VIII gave a English speech on the Republic Day. Patriotic Songs were sung by STD X GIRLS and two grandeur Patriotic  dances were Presented by the UP section Girls. Sr. Kochu Rani, The teaching Staff proposed Vote Of Thanks.

The Programme was concluded by National Anthem and sweets were distributed to the students and those who were present for the day.

MALAYALAM PRASANGAM AND SANGHANRITHUM-UP TO DISTRICT LEVEL KALOTHSAVAM

 The DISTRICT LEVEL KALOTHSAVA-2015 Prasangam and sanghanrithum- UP  was held ON JANUARY 8,Thursday at Nelikal Devasam Public School, Chervathur. 

 Nafeesa Mizna of std VI participated in Prasangam Malayalam and secured B Grade with 3 marks.

Students of UP performed sanghanrithyum and secured A Grade with 5 marks

REPORT......

We celebrated Infant Jesus Patron's day on January 14th,2015 in our school at 2.30 pm. Mr. Naveen Monteiro, the parent,Miss Reshma Crasta,the Teaching Staff were the chief guests for the occasion. Rev. Fr. Valerian Lewis, The Manager, Sr. Arul the headmistress and PTA Vice President were present.

Miss Lydia, the staff was the MC. Miss Shabnam of std X welcomed the Gathering.The programme began with a grandeur  Prayer Dance. Mr. Naveen distributed the awards to the LP students winners, thereby he gave an inspiring message to the students on the importance of the day.; Miss Reshma gave the awards to the UP students Kalothsava winners and  delivered her valuable message to the audience.Mr. Sadanandha Shetty, the PTA  Vice President spoke on the importance of day.

Fr. Valerian Lewis inspired the students with his wonderful message on the day. The students of HS and UP section presented a Skit and dances . Miss Apeksha of std 10th proposed the vote of thanks. The Programme ended by the National Anthem. Ice creams were distributed to the students sponsored by the School Mangement.
