REPORT
OF ANNUAL SPORTS MEET -2014
The Annual sports day for the year 2014-15 was held on 26th September. The programme began by invoking God's blessing by a prayer song. Miss. Reshma Loosy D' Souza was the M.C of the function. Miss Ankitha welcomed the gathering.
Mr. Deleep Devasia, one of the Professor at Govindapai College, Manjeshwar was the chief guest of the day.The SPL escorted the chief guest to hoist the sports flag thereby followed by March fast, and drill.
Fr. Valerian Lewis , the Manager, Mrs. Hazeera Rafeek, the PTA president and Sr.Mary Arul , the headmistress of the school was present for the function. The UP students performed an aerobic dance.
The chief guest in his message told the students to take more active part in sports and become good citizens of India. Mrs. Hazeera in her speech spoke how important to have sport days in our school. Fr. Valerian Lewis, the Manager spoke on importance of sports.
Mrs. Gracy proposed the vote of thanks. Eatables and cold drinks were distributed to the students . Sports events were conducted for the finalists. At the end, the sports winners were awarded with certificates and medals. The programme was concluded by National Anthem.
REPORT ON SCHOOL KALOTHSAVA-2014
The school Kalothsava was celebrated in our school on 10th October, 2014. The programme began by invoking God's blessings by a prayer song by 10th std students. Mrs. Shanthi, the staff welcomed the gathering.
Miss Ashvini P. and Miss Reshma, the Staffs were the M.C. of the programme. Mrs.Jayashree and Mrs. Akshatha, the Dance teachers were the chief guests for the day.Miss Thulsi, the Cultural Minister, FROM Std X was present on the dias.
Each teacher was given in charge and judgement was made by them for a particular event, so that programme may go on smoothly. Many parents were the audience for School Kalothsava. The chief guests in her message stressed on the importance of the day and they encouraged the children to take active part in the cultural events.
Miss Ledia, the Staff proposed the Vote of Thanks. The programme was concluded by the National Anthem.
